Myanmar again gets Fresh tremors of 5.1 magnitude at Naypyidaw a day after deadly earthquake
Digital Desk: A 5.1 magnitude earthquake rocked Naypyidaw on Saturday, one day after a catastrophic earthquake ravaged the country, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
The tremors were detected around 2.50 p.m. near Myanmar's capital, Naypyidaw, at a depth of 10 kilometers, according to the USGS.

The magnitude of the damage and the number of injuries caused by the recent tremors are unknown.
On Friday, a 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar, killing at least 1,000 people and demolishing numerous structures.
Fresh earthquakes shook the capital, Naypyidaw, as authorities worked on repairs, while phone and internet connections remained down in several sections of the country.
