Water supply to remain suspended in Guwahati from March 2 to 5

Digital Desk: Guwahati City's water supply will remain suspended for an additional four days from March 2 to 5, to facilitate a robotic survey of the pipeline.

The Water Board has announced that the supply will be closed during this period to ensure a thorough inspection of the pipeline.

To minimize the inconvenience to the public, the Water Board has launched two helpline numbers: 60039-20846 and 60024-78263.

Residents can contact these numbers for assistance and information regarding the water supply suspension.

This is not the first time the water supply has been suspended for a robotic survey.

The Water Board has conducted similar surveys in the past, which have resulted in temporary disruptions to the water supply.
