Digital Desk: All government officials are given an advisory from the Arunachal Pradesh government prior to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's September 22, 2025, visit to Itanagar.

Throughout the program at IG Park, officials have been asked by the Department of Protocol to adhere to strict decorum and fully cooperate with security arrangements.

According to the advisory, government employees who attend the event are required to wear formal or traditional clothing and to have legitimate identification on hand for security checks, such as driver's licenses, voter cards, or Aadhaar cards.

Officials are notified not to interfere with motorcades, carry prohibited objects like knives, blades, or lighters, or use electronics in ways that could endanger public safety.

According to the State Protocol Officer Komkar Dulom's advisory, employees must also follow established communication protocols, obey security personnel's and ushers' instructions, and maintain discipline and cooperation in order to ensure the Prime Minister's visit runs as planned.
