ICC Champions Trophy 2025: Rain washes out Pakistan vs Bangladesh clash

Digital Desk: According to the International Cricket Council's official website, the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 match between Pakistan and Bangladesh was called off due to persistent rain in Rawalpindi.

Both teams have lost their games against India and New Zealand thus far, putting them out of contention for a semi-final position in the competition.

Both teams collected one point each.

Hosts Pakistan lost by 60 runs to New Zealand in the tournament opener in Karachi and then by six wickets to India in Dubai, which knocked them out of contention for the semi-finals.

Bangladesh, meanwhile, dropped their opening game to India. They chased down the target with six wickets to spare, but the Black Caps beat them by five wickets, sealing India and New Zealand's places in the last four.
