IPL 2025: Black armbands will be worn by SRH vs MI players to honor Pahalgam attack victims
Digital Desk: The BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) will honor the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack during Match 41 of the Indian Premier League 2025 (IPL 2025) between Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Mumbai Indians (MI) on Wednesday, April 23 at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
Reportedly, the players and umpires will wear black armbands and observe a minute of silence before the match in memory of the victims.
It is to be mentioned that, no cheerleaders will be present on the field since austerity measures will be enforced throughout the game.
Furthermore, stars such as Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya, KL Rahul, and Shubman Gill have criticized the attack on social media.
