Chasing a challenging target of 189, the Rajasthan Royals began strongly, with openers Yashasvi Jaiswal and skipper Sanju Samson racing to 61 without loss.

However, the tide turned suddenly when Samson retired injured owing to a suspected side strain, dealing a significant setback to RR's momentum.

In the Super Over, Delhi entrusted Stubbs with the task, and the South African delivered. Stubbs fired a key six against Sandeep Sharma, sealing the contest to Delhi's advantage.

With this victory, the Delhi Capitals not only secured two big points but also made a statement by exemplifying their toughness under duress and strengthening their position at the top of the table.
