India head coach Gautam Gambhir gets death threat
Digital Desk: Gautam Gambhir, the Indian cricket team's head coach, has received a death threat from 'ISIS Kashmir', following a horrific terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on Tuesday. According to news agency ANI, Gautam Gambhir's office stated that the former BJP MP approached the police and submitted a formal complaint to ensure his family's safety. According to India Today, Gambhir received the threat in the form of an email, which contained the words "I Kill You."

Two threatening emails with the same content were sent to Gambhir on Tuesday, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. Such threats had already occurred; Gambhir had received a similar email in November 2021 while he was a Member of Parliament.
Gambhir took over as Team India's head coach in July of last year, succeeding Rahul Dravid, who had won the World Cup.
