In the caption to their image, the couple disclosed that their daughter's name means 'Gift of God'. "Our baby girl, our everything. ???? Evaarah/ इवारा ~ Gift of God ????."
Athiya and KL Rahul, who married in January 2023 at Suniel Shetty's Khandala estate, announced their pregnancy in November 2024. The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on March 24, 2025. They shared a combined Instagram post titled "Blessed with a Baby Girl.
