Mizoram: Mizo Martial Artist Clinches Gold at National Para Judo Championship 2025

Digital Desk: Mizo martial artist David Lalremruata of West Serzawl village, Mamit District, Mizoram, has brought honor to the state by winning the Gold Medal in the Blind Category (under 81 kg) in the National Para Judo Championship 2025, held in Lucknow. 

Judoka David's exceptional performance illustrates his dedication and endurance in the face of physical limitations.

He was a member of the Mizoram team, led by team manager Jerry Lalramenga and coach Madhu Chettri. 

The event featured para-athletes from throughout the country, with David standing out as one of the top performers.
