Sonam Raghuvanshi, 4 co-accused to be produced in Shillong court today

 

Digital Desk: In a major development, Sonam Raghuvanshi, the prime accused in the brutal murder of her husband, Raja Raghuvanshi, in Meghalaya's Sohra, arrived in Shillong late on Tuesday night.

Sonam and four other suspects who were detained for their roles in the crime will appear in court on Wednesday.

Around 11 p.m. on June 10, Sonam, along with a Meghalaya Police escort squad, arrived in Guwahati, from where they departed for Shillong.

Sonam Raghuvanshi, the main suspect in the murder case of Raja Raghuvanshi, was examined by a doctor at Ganesh Das Hospital.

She was suspected of being pregnant and brought to the hospital at 1:30 pm.

Three tests were conducted, and the findings were negative.

Around three in the morning, Sonam was brought back to the Sadar police station after the medical check.
