Along with listing its key advantages, she also urged everyone to practice safely and avoid the pose in case of back or knee issues. For the caption, Shilpa wrote, “Holding an Asana and letting the energy align."
The video discusses the different benefits of a certain yoga practice, including how it helps relieve tension and promote flexibility in the hips, legs, and groin muscles, as well as improve balance and concentration.
It also strengthens the legs, knees, and pelvic muscles while improving mental-physical synchronization. Individuals should avoid this yoga exercise if they have back pain, a slipped disc, or knee trouble.
