Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma are now divorced; announces Mumbai family court
Digital Desk: A Mumbai family court granted divorce to Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and dance choreographer Dhanashree Verma on Thursday, March 20.
The cricketer and his estranged wife arrived at Bandra Family Court at midday for their divorce hearing. The hearing was scheduled on Thursday after the Bombay High Court instructed the family court to expedite the proceedings in light of Chahal's duties to the Punjab Kings in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025.
"Divorce has been completed. The marriage has been dissolved," a lawyer remarked.

Chahal and Dhanashree appeared before the magistrate, who granted the divorce in the afternoon. Chahal was the first to come to the family court on Thursday, followed by Dhanashree one hour later.
