122 seats go to polls today in second phase in Bihar
Digital Desk: Tuesday marked the start of the second round of voting for 122 assembly seats spread across 20 districts in Bihar.
The high-stakes Bihar Elections 2025 will conclude with today's polling.
Today's vote will determine the fates of 1,302 candidates, including a dozen current ministers. A record 65% of voters participated in the first phase, which took place on November 6.
On November 14, the results will be announced.
Today's voting will continue till 6:00 p.m.
According to the poll panel, up to 37 million voters, including 17.4 million women, are eligible to cast votes today.
There are 45,399 polling places where votes are being cast.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged voters to vote in big numbers and break previous turnout records.
