Arunachal CM Pema Khandu inaugurates IT skill centre in Menchuka
Digital Desk: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu launched an IT Skill Development Centre at Menchuka, a forward area in Shi-Yomi district, marking an important step toward youth development.
The Indian Army's 'Operation Sadbhavana' project aims to provide crucial digital skills to local kids while also opening up new opportunities for education and employment.
On his official X Twitter, CM Khandu praised the Army for going beyond its usual function and actively participating in nation-building, calling it a "commendable initiative. This center will open new horizons for our youth, empowering them with essential digital skills and opportunities for a brighter future," he tweeted.
Laid the foundation stone for several key infrastructure projects aimed at transforming connectivity and promoting sports in the region:

The chief minister also thanked the Indian Army for its ongoing efforts to improve distant villages through programs that promote education, skill development, and connectivity.
The IT Skill Centre is projected to benefit hundreds of young people in the region, closing the digital divide and bringing mainstream possibilities closer to border towns.
He also inaugurated the Multipurpose Indoor Hall in Menchuka, which is a step forward in developing new talent and encouraging a fitness and sports culture.
