Assam CM Sarma slams Gaurav Gogoi after his debate on Operation Sindoor
Digital Desk: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has strongly criticised Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi's speech in the assembly, accusing him of insulting Assam and alleging that Gaurav Gogoi works for Pakistan.
Assam CM's reaction comes as a response to Gogoi's recent remarks, sparking a heated debate.
Taking to his 'X' account, Assam CM Sarma stated, "speech delivered by our MP from Jorhat in Parliament yesterday proved beyond doubt that he acts on behalf of Pakistan. His secret trip and close ties with the Pakistani establishment speak volumes. With his wife and both the kids holding foreign citizenship, he can leave India any time. He is a disgrace to Assam and a betrayal of our pride as proud Indian."
