Digital Desk: On February 15, 2025, the Assam HSLC exams for 2025 got underway. The examinations will take place between February 15 and March 3, 2025, in two morning and afternoon shifts.
Morning Session: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon (Entry at 8:55 AM)
Afternoon Session: 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM (Entry at 1:25 PM)
The practical examinations were held on January 21 and 22, 2025.
The SEBA determines the syllabus and exam pattern for Assam HSLC exams. The exams cover Math, English, Social Science, Hindi, Assamese, and General Science.
Students who have completed class 9 from a recognized board of education are eligible to sit for the Assam HSLC exams.
For elective and in-lieu languages, question papers will be divided into two sections—Group A and Group B—based on the language chosen by the students. Elective language exams will span three hours, while in-lieu language papers will take two hours.
The Assam HSLC exam is an important milestone for pupils throughout the state, confirming their eligibility for higher secondary education.
SEBA has recommended that students stick to the specified timings, carry their admit cards, and follow all exam-related instructions to ensure that the examinations go smoothly.
