Several regions, notably Chamba, Mandi, and Bilaspur, saw growth in a variety of fields under British rule.
The significance of Himachal Pradesh Statehood Day is to honor the state's rich history, culture, and achievements while also supporting economic growth by offering access to resources and development opportunities.
The state retains its historic and ecological legacy while also becoming a leader in tourism, education, and hydropower generation, serving as a development model.
