Meghalaya: CCTV footage of Indore couple surfaces
Digital Desk: CCTV footage has surfaced in connection with the mysterious disappearance of the Raghuvanshi couple, who hail from Indore, in Meghalaya’s Sohra region.
In the video, Raja Raghuvanshi and his wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi, are seen for the last time before they disappeared under mysterious circumstances.
The video, which was apparently taken from a Sohra local business, is thought to have been taken on the day the pair disappeared.
The case has taken a grim turn with the recovery of Raja Raghuvanshi’s body from the Wei-saw-dong Falls.
His wife, Sonam, remains missing, and an extensive search operation is underway in the difficult terrain.
Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma has termed the case deeply shocking and unprecedented for the state and assured that a thorough investigation is being carried out.
