Protest erupts over question paper leak in Assam
Digital Desk: A massive protest was staged in front of the Assam State Board of School Education, Guwahati, with the District Congress Committee demanding action over the recent higher secondary question paper leak.
The protest, which saw the participation of former State Congress president Ripun Bora, was met with a huge police force deployed to stop the demonstrators.

The police declared the protest illegal, but the protesters remained defiant, calling for the resignation of the Education Minister and the SEBA chairman, RC Jain.
Ripun Bora criticized the education minister's comments on the issue, labeling them as "irresponsible."
He demanded a high-level probe into the matter and reiterated the call for the education minister's resignation.
Bora also questioned the Chief Minister's announcement to award 10 marks to students in the social science exams, citing the exams' toughness.
