Results of HSLC exam for Mizoram announced with a pass rate of 76.68 Percent
Digital Desk: The Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) released the results of the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) test on April 29.
This year, 18,946 students took the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) exam, and 14,527 passed, bringing the overall pass percentage to 76.68 percent.
Student of KD High School, PC Lalthakimi (female) was named this year's topper. She received letter grades in all courses, including English, Mizo, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science, with a score of 475 out of 500.
Due to similar results, 24 students were ranked in the top 10 for the HSLC Examination 2025. A total of 1,343 students passed with distinction, including 3,763 in the first division, 5,785 in the second division, and 3,636 in the third division.
Notably, 64 students were given compartmental options, whereas 4,335 students failed to pass the examination.
Among the 14,527 successful candidates, 6,910 are men and 7,617 are women. The pass rate for male students is 77.86%, while for female students it is 76.63%.
A total of 107 schools had a 100% pass rate score, while 13 schools claimed that none of their students completed the exam.
