Digital Desk: In a major development in the ongoing investigation into the Zubeen Garg death case, the Singapore police authorities will hold a crucial meeting with the special investigation team of the Assam police on October 21.
This was informed by Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.

The Singapore Police authorities will meet the Assam Police team led by Sri Munna Gupta, ADGP and Head of SIT, on 21st October.
Our team will travel to Singapore on 20th October accordingly.

The Singapore police authorities will meet the Assam police team led by ADGP Munna Gupta, who is heading the SIT.
Earlier, the Assam government had been in touch with the Singapore authorities in a bid to secure a grant to conduct a probe in Singapore, where Zubeen Garg died.
It may be mentioned here that the SIT of Assam police is yet to conduct an investigation at the place of occurrence, which is considered to be vital for the ongoing probe.
Notably, on Wednesday, Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma held crucial talks with the Singapore ambassador in relation to the Zubeen Garg death case.
