Zubeen Garg death case: Shyamkanu Mahanta represented by Delhi-based lawyer Raj Kamal

Digital Desk: Shyamkanu Mahanta is being represented by Raj Kamal, an advocate from Delhi, since no attorney from Assam has stepped forward to take up his case.

From 2017 to September 2021, Raj Kamal was the Deputy Advocate General of Punjab at the Supreme Court of India in New Delhi, where he held the position while Congressman Charanjit Singh Channi was the Chief Minister.

He also served as a junior attorney for well-known Congressman and Supreme Court advocate K.T.S. Tulsi during his legal career.

He is currently a guest professor at Symbiosis Law College in Noida and the Managing Partner and Founder of Avyay Legal LLP in New Delhi.
