Indian Government confirms deadly Delhi car blast; treated as terror incident

Digital Desk: The Indian government has officially classified the latest blast in Delhi as a "terrorist incident." The incident occurred near New Delhi's iconic Red Fort, killing at least 10 people and injuring many more.
