KTR demands a probe into Miss England's withdrawal from the Miss World pageant over allegations of harassment

Digital Desk: Miss England 2024 Milla Magee was in the news after she resigned from the Miss World contest saying she had "personal and ethical concerns" after being harassed in Telangana.

Prior to withdrawing from the competition and leaving for the UK on May 16, the 24-year-old had traveled to Hyderabad for the pageant on May 7.

Contestants were reportedly forced to wear makeup constantly and stay in ball dresses all day, including breakfast, according to The Sun.

When participants were allegedly invited to mingle with middle-aged males as a thank you for their financial support of the event, the scene became heated.

Telangana minister and working president of Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), KT Rama Rao, harshly denounced on Sunday the mistreatment Milla Magee allegedly endured while in the state.
