According to an official bulletin, 15 rivers were flowing in an upsurge and more than 5.35 lakh people were impacted by the flood in 22 districts of Assam.

Heavy rain continued to disrupt road, rail, and ferry services across the state.

Arunachal Pradesh has seen an increase in landslides and floods, with one death reported in Lohit district. 938 persons are affected in 156 villages spread over 23 districts. Governor Lt. General K.T. Parnaik warned locals to remain vigilant in prone areas.

Tripura's flood scenario continues to improve due to low rainfall and river flow below danger levels. However, more than 10,000 people remain in government aid camps. The state administration has established 66 camps, housing 2,926 families or 10,813 people. West Tripura district has the most functioning camps.
